1. Reservations:
Reservations can be made via our website, by email, or by calling us directly. We recommend booking at least 7 days in advance to ensure availability at your requested time.\
2. Cancellation Policy:
Reservations can be cancelled free of charge up to 7 days prior to check-in date. Cancellations within 7 days will incur a cancellation fee equivalent to 50% of the total booking amount. For cancellations within 3 days of check-in date or no-shows, a cancellation fee equivalent to 100% of the total booking amount will be charged.
3. Check-in and Check-out:
Early check-in is from 14:00 and check-out is before 12:00. If you require early check-in or late check-out, please notify us in advance so we can make arrangements accordingly.
4. Payment Policy:
We require prepayment of the entire booking amount prior to check-in. Acceptable payment methods include credit card, bank transfer or cash.
5. Guest Policy:
We welcome all guests, including children and pets. For children aged 0-6, they can stay for free if using existing bedding. For children aged 7 and above and adults, there will be an additional charge for an extra bed. Please advise the number of children and extra bed requirements when booking.
6. Deposit Policy:
We require a deposit for incidentals (if any) upon check-in. The deposit will be refunded after inspection of the room and there will be no damages or additional costs.
7. Room Change Policy:
Room changes are subject to availability and guest requests. To request a room change, please contact the front desk prior to check-in.
